FAQ

How is Laut Kita different from what’s already on supermarket shelves?

Every batch comes directly from small-scale fishermen living in stilt houses along the Batam coast — wild-caught daily, not bought in bulk from a commercial fleet. It’s sun-dried naturally where it’s caught, and on a ferry to Singapore within days.

How should I store it?

Keep it sealed in the resealable pouch it arrives in, somewhere cool and dry. Once opened, it keeps best in the fridge or freezer.

How does delivery work?

Stock arrives from Batam daily, so there’s no waiting for a restock window — order any day. Delivery is a flat fee via J&T Express, free above $25. No minimum order.

Is checkout live right now?

We’re finishing business registration and import licensing in Singapore before opening checkout to the public. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know the moment it’s live.
